UnbeaTable is a room for real go-getters. The room can be arranged completely flexibly: from a traditional theater to a classroom setup or even a creative setup in which sofas, armchairs and tables alternate. But don't let the size of the UnbeaTable intimidate you - the room can also be made cozier by using our Tuesday dividers (curtains). Atmospheric!
Don't worry, to guarantee your privacy, the other part of the room will not be rented out. But you can, for example, choose to create 2 completely different meeting sessions yourself. By using a projector and a screen you can easily reach everyone present.

6 possible room set-ups for ultimate results
Meeting, listening, writing, discussing or brainstorming, there are all suitable setups to choose from. A lot of listening means that you need to be able to sit comfortably with a place in front of the speaker or facilitator that all participants have a good view of. Active team building requires space to change places, so that you can work in varying compositions. For a session with many guests, a theater setup is more efficient. When holding discussions, participants must be able to see each other or sit separately in a sub-room.

Frequently asked questions about our spaces
What is included with a booking?
When you rent a space from us, we ensure that everything is ready as you wish. Each room has a flat-screen TV and a flipchart. Coffee, tea & mineral water are included as standard and available unlimited in the lounge. Other drinks and snacks can easily be booked in advance, in between or afterwards.
How is the accessibility?
The best thing about Meet Tuesday is that we are extremely easy to reach. We are located right opposite Rotterdam Central Station, making it easy to get there by public transport and by car. From Central Station you can walk to our building within three minutes and by car you can park right under our building in a parking garage.
Are you allowed to bring your own facilities?
You can bring your own laptops for your meeting. Other technical equipment can be booked through us, but in consultation it is also possible to use your own equipment.
Regarding catering: as standard, you are not allowed to serve your own food or drinks. In exceptional cases we can make an exception, for example when booking Tuesday Exclusive. Please note that corkage fees will apply in such cases.
Can you rent for several days?
You can book a room for several days or even months in a row.
Can you rent multiple rooms at the same time?
It is certainly possible to rent several rooms at the same time. It is even possible to rent all rooms with Tuesday Exclusive, where the entire floor is yours.
Are you open in the evenings and weekends?
Of course! We are not normally open in the evenings and weekends, but we can arrange this in consultation.
