There were 40 guests at this meeting on December 22, 2023. They wanted to do fun activities during the evening and a luxurious buffet to enjoy all evening. There had to be alcohol and non-alcoholic options. Not to forget, the entire evening had to radiate Christmas!
Solution Meet Tuesday
The atmosphere was immediately good as soon as the guests entered our festively decorated lounge. Everyone was welcomed with sparkling champagne with cotton candy and a refreshing glass of lavender bubbles for those who preferred not to drink alcohol.
We had arranged a festive buffet dinner and it was a great success! The guests enjoyed an extensive selection of delicious dishes. From savory to sweet, there was something for everyone. We placed one of our screens in the lounge with microphones so that speeches could be given. A lovely warm fire was played here for the rest of the evening for some extra Christmas atmosphere.
To make the evening even more special, we arranged for a Santa Claus, who provided lots of fun and hilarity. The photo opportunity with Santa Claus was a hit and created wonderful memories. In addition, fun games were played, including an exciting beer pong competition with great prizes for which we had made a set-up.
We also arranged a karaoke set that provided lots of fun and dancing fun until the late hours. The photo booth with Santa hats, glasses and other accessories provided hilarious photos that are a nice souvenir of this evening.
To top it all off, a beautiful aftermovie was made by our regular partner BMade. This way they can enjoy this unforgettable Christmas drink for a long time to come! 🎄✨🎉
