Challenge
Jing Wang wanted to organize a job fair for her client, with the aim of helping visitors find a suitable job. To achieve this, thirteen different stands were needed for various companies. The number of expected visitors was around 150, excluding the 40 people from the companies themselves. Jing Wang made the request on April 15, with the event scheduled to take place a month and a half later. As a result, we scheduled an appointment the next day to view the location, which was very much appreciated by both parties. We then started fine-tuning the program and preferences.
Solution Meet Tuesday
The various stands were set up in our UnbeaTable and UnforgetTable spaces, using standing tables and covers to create a professional appearance. The staff themselves brought posters and banners to further decorate the stands. Visitors could visit the stands to chat and see if there was a suitable job for them. We discussed expectations and wishes in advance, for which we arranged the following:
- A setup for the job fair
- Showing the guests around
- Facilitating one-on-one contact
Coffee and tea were available for all guests throughout the day, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Jing was very satisfied and indicated that she would like to organize more events with us by communicating this to her customers.
