Music should definitely not be missing during a New Year's drink! Make sure there is a speaker large enough to fill the room with sound, and create or download some playlists. Don't make it too difficult for yourself and look for this on Spotify. You can also hire a DJ! Furthermore, it is great fun to capture this afternoon and/or evening with photos and videos. Everyone can look back on this as a souvenir and it can also be shared on the organization's social platforms. You can do this by providing a photo booth, placing disposable cameras or a Polaroid so that everyone can take spontaneous snapshots or by arranging a photographer.

The New Year's drinks are of course not a meeting, but it can still be very nice to increase team spirit together by briefly stating what you are aiming for in the coming period.
